Restructure Head of Household for families

As an educational institution we have several members of the same family at the same address (or a household of roommates). I would like to see a way to extend HoH or Primary Contact to entire households instead of just spouses. The spouse feature is very helpful in creating mailing lists, and it would save a lot more time if it worked for households too. Would this be helpful to others?

    Yes! This is one of the few features I really appreciate about our SIS - Veracross. That and being able to edit data in query results without opening records.

    Why hasn't BB updated this already. The world has changed and households are just about spouses anymore. Additionally, when we have names of many household members we only want to send one letter to that household. This needs to be fixed on both the database view and web view.
