Add Addressee and Salutation as Column option in Lists Merged

Useful because we could do mailings directly from List in NXT by exporting lists and not use DB view export. Currently I cannot include the spouse and the information is incomplete in the export.

    I strongly agree! Why should I have to go to database view to export a list that can be used for a mail merge? This seems like a really simple fix that would greatly improve functionality of NXT.
