Make better Donate Confirmation landing page

Please make the message that a person donated into a separate landing page so it is obvious to donors that they have made their donation and it can be tracked in google analytics.

    Donation form now has the option to link to your own confirmation page, enabling you to control the content as well as Google Analytics conversion tracking.
