Allow RE Query to include NXT Attachments in Query of Media

Users need to know which records have Media (RE)/Attachments (NXT). Currently, is only possible to query and find all Media in RE. Any record with attachments in NXT only (not also in RE) does not pull into query results. This makes it nearly impossible to know what attachments are on Constituent records.

    we need to join forces to push Blackbaud to create a better way of finding attachments in web view. I created this idea and I'm hoping I can count on your vote. I-4889
