Rather than going through the painful Import process, I find it much easier to just go to a Participant in NXT and enter in Guest information. If there was a batch form/table to add guests (for example, we have 10 seats at a table that are sponsored by one company/entity), I could all their guests while I'm on the phone rather than having to enter them one by one.
