Improve new constituent record creation

Allow adding of spouse information BEFORE having to select salutation and addressee. Because the spouse cannot be added beforehand, user must select salutation and addressee from drop downs that are incomplete, SAVE and CLOSE, then re-open the new record, add spouse info and then correct the addressee and salutation. Very inefficient.

    Totally agree - it's such a roundabout way of doing things and I feel like more often than not, people will end up putting in "John and Mary" as a first name to avoid that step as opposed to John, spouse Mary.
