Refresh Page should be faster

When I want to look at my reporting page, it says it could take up to four hours before the information is accurately updated. That is a ridiculous amount of time if you are wanting to keep track on a daily basis. Is there a way to quicken that process?

    I can review the date I changed on a gift record in DBV in seconds but it takes 20 or minutes for my NXT list to update. This is ridiculous. I am trying very hard to use NXT but there is not enough time in the day to wait for every step to take effect!
