This is in Lists, but it's missing from Reporting as an Opps Dashboard filter and in Insights, both standard and custom, as a filter. This is needed. To measure "new proposals" or "new opportunities" we need to know when it's added, just like Lists allow, not the other date fields. If there was reason to add it to Lists, that same reasoning applies to these other two areas as well.
