Add gift subtype to "giving" filter section in Lists

Our shop uses the gift sub type field to segment gifts and it would be useful to be able to view only certain gifts based on those sub types by filtering them in or out.

    yes, we use Gift Subtype to categorize various payment methods.

    having the ability to filter gift list by subtype (and workflow too) would be amazing.
