Fund listing on donation form

Would be helpful to be able to change the sort order of the funds. Currently, the funds can sort only alphabetically. In online express, you can sort the funds any way you like.

This would definitely be helpful. We have this ability in Online Express. We have over 150 funds and we need to be able to put our most desired funds up top.
