Add relationships to the fields you can filter on, as well as, Date From/Date To

We track members of our boards in affiliate groups (org record). We risk the chance of not seeing all "current" members if the list is static.

Contact Type would be a useful filter - when emailing orgs, we may not want to send to all individuals marked as "employee", but only to those marked Primary Contact, or Event Contact...

I vote for the ability to create a dynamic list in NXT to be used by prospect research.
