Currently, if you try to drag an image or text box farther than is seen in your display, the page will not scroll up or down to allow you to do this. You must move it section by section to get to the top of bottom. The page should scroll if you hold the box/image at the top or bottom of the page to access sections that are higher or lower on the page.
