When our data entry clerk loads new gifts, she prints out the batch report at the end. This goes to the development manager who reviews it and makes sure appropriate thank you letters are sent to the donor. If I could add the "Receipt Type" field to that report, I'd immediately know whether or not a letter should be sent for each gift, or only at the end of the year. Right now I have to look each name up in Raiser's Edge to confirm their receipt type unless I happen to remember the name. It's very time consuming to do it this way.
