One thing I have found very helpful when using another cloud based CRM software is the ability as Sys Admin to login to another user's instance without having to request their login credentials. For example, there is a login link next to the user's name. Click on that, and then you can see what they are actually looking at.
I have used this many times to assist users and trouble shoot and correct problems they are having. This is way more efficient, saves time and doesn't mean I have to write down their login information and they don't have to create a new password later.
Similar to what I posted here? Or I should say, your idea sounds as though it would be what I want and more... =)
