Show Seating Chart in RE NXT Events

If we were able to see seat number and table number of each guest, check in would be streamlined and much quicker

    We have an event in late September 2027 that requires seating in database view. This event only happens once every 2 years (and it our only event that requires the seating module). The current planned sunset date doesn't leave us time to try out a new option.

    This is particularly important for users with fall events as the 9/15/2027 DBV sunset approaches.

    I am aware of a third-party app in the Marketplace, but the functionality detailed in this idea has been heavily used by organizations for decades and should be available to all organizations without an added cost.

    Yes! Even adding flexibility to customize the Summary Note or create additional custom columns/tables would help with this.

    I would add editing as well. Not sure how to recommend to merge this with another exisint idea that is posted on this.

    Alternatively, we would like to see this information as we have recorded what naming opportunities are available and which are taken within the seating section of DBV Event Records and would like to be able to see this information in NXT as well.
