Ability to filter constituents by custom fields Merged

This would be helpful for assigning fundraisers, since we will be moving to a capital campaign and have coded prospects for the feasibility study with an attribute

    This has been released as of today! You can now filter by custom fields in lists. This won't be the last set of filters, but we know it was an important one. Thanks for the feedback!
