Ability to track event response in RE NXT

For fundraisers/events staff using RE NXT, it would be helpful to be able to immediately record a participants invite response, without having to log-in to database view. Additionally, this would allow you to see invitation responses when working with participants.

@Faith Murray- we are working on continually adding features from Database view, improving as we go. Your list is really helpful to know what's important and critical for you! Today, you can link payments from the Fees/Payment feature from the Participant record but we do not yet support additional donations for the event. Registration status exists today in webview. Payment status is on the 2020 roadmap, as is seating. For "name to print", we have a few options being planned for this, starting with a new Participant Options feature which would allow you to create a Name to Print field to collect or identify names for the name tags. We're exploring more functionality around Name Tags for next year as well.

We are currently finalizing a design for a new first class RSVP status to collect RSVP responses for release in early 2020.
I will update this Idea status when we are closer to having a timeline for release!
For Event to be useful to us, we would need ability to link gifts, mark status (paid or not paid, registered or not registered), and enter "name to print" for badges, etc. This does not even address event seating functionality, which is one of the main blessings of the Event module.
