Add functionality so when a user uploads a doc to RENXT record, it is also uploaded to REDatabase View.

The RE user would benefit from this function. It is very easy to upload or drag/drop a document to the RENXT record. Doc can be on your desktop and easily attached to the record. User doesn't have to Insert an Object from a drive, then click "Save & Close" twice to save the doc to the record.
