Display the gift "Reference" in the Giving History tile on a Constituent record

It would be so convenient if we were able to view the reference line from the main constituent record within the giving history box.  It's a little annoying having to click on "Work with gifts" every time, when there is room in that same box.

    This is a good idea, but I think we can do better. Please allow full customization of the columns in Giving History (and while we're at it, other record previews, too!)
