Add ability to filter by Constituent Code in Insights

It is rarely helpful to show data for all constituents in the database, but it would be very helpful to graph data for specific constituent codes.

    Trying to evaluate BOT Giving and most of our Board Members have BOT coded as a secondary record type. Need to be able to filter by non-primary constit codes to allow for more flexibility.

    This is needed. As of now you can filter on Primary Constituent Code only. We need to be able to filter on all of them.
