Include "Requests no Email" checkbox in Database view to be available in ALL areas of Web view

If our development officers can't see this critical piece of information from the web view then they are limited and hindered by not seeing it.  it's LOST functionality!

    NXT should have optoin to filter out Reqeusts No Email for all lists and other functionality. The lack of filter capability is a huge painpoint for our users and a primary reason we are considering other systems. Please correct this oversight asap.

    Not only are the development officers "limited and hindered" but we're faced with two unpleasant options: 1) development officers having to check DB view before e-mailing constituents, or 2) constituents receiving e-mail when they've requested we not contact them via e-mail.

    This is a small/simple change with large impact.
