This is critical for our organization. We have many international constituents that go by their nickname/preferred name, and do not share last names with their spouses. We are currently not able to locate a record in NXT by searching for the spouse's nickname (which we find ourselves needing to do frequently in cases where much of the communication we have with a family is with the spouse rather than the "head of household"). We are able to locate a record by searching on a spouse's nickname in database view with no issue. Apart from this specific issue, it would be nice to see the search feature in NXT built out to be as robust as it is in database view.
