This is a critical issue and one that surely warrants fixing the functionality. I am a one-person team at a university and this only adds to the resource-heavy load of my role. Interestingly, this functionality actually worked for us for the past 12 months, so it is very strange that it is no longer working. It would certainly be a significant gain if this could be fixed.

Very much needed to ensure teams handling enquiries can capture enquiries and responses on RE easily and efficiently. Without this, teams need to copy and paste the emails manually taking up time and risk of human error. With hundreds of emails a week, it would be a game changer to have this!
