Constituent List Filter for Appeals - who received an appeal, not just who gave in response
We need to see all constituents who are marked as having received an appeal, not just the ones who gave. Currently there is no way to access appeal information or follow up with folks based on appeals using NXT. There is no way to even see what the details of an appeal are until someone gives a gift, but the appeal record also doesn't even include a list of the people receiving it.We're trying to take the recommendation of using Appeals to track receipt of mass communications even if they aren't solicitations, since Actions and Attributes are clumsy and don't provide as much functionality in terms of follow-up or recording the details of the communication. But appeals are worse than useless for this purpose in NXT right now, and it makes us sad.

This would be super helpful for us as we work to streamline how to import event appeal constituents into NXT events. Right now, we have to add everyone to the appeal, build a static query of that appeal, export that static query into a constituent list, and then import that constituent list into the Participant List of the event. It would streamline our process so much if we could add to a constituent list via appeal directly (or, and this isn't particularly connected to this specific idea -- be able to add via appeal directly to an event).
Merge/sync appeals in actions. a last appeal could be an action and should show up there is would be helpful. Otherwise you have to add an action saying appeal was sent to update the data. this create duplicate data
