Ability to search for a constituent by address as in database view.

It is often helpful to me to be able to enter in an address and see who pops up.  It helps in finding duplicates and sometimes we just need to be able to find out who lives at a certain address.

We need to be able to search for a constituent in Web View using the same fields that are currently available in DB View under Records: Constituents: "Open a Constituent".

Please also make it so that you can search for a constituent in NXT by their email address!
