Filters for NXT search bar

I imagine I am bit redundant with other ideas, but creating a filter drop-down to limit inactive, deceased, check aliases- similar to RE7.

This would be EXTREMLY helpful for our foundation. As we could have 5 donors with the same name (example john smith) but need to be able to see their student info, school info....
It would be nice to be able to choose which columns we see so that each organization can customize to view what they need when searching for a constituent.
