Add Change Prospect Status to the Work Center and Unassigned Constituent list ellipses

When solicitors/fundraisers are reviewing lists, they need to be able to indicate quickly the Prospect Status, especially stages like Identification or Dropped where it's just the assigned of the Status and not yet or at all Actions, Proposals, etc.
