Lists- export/Print Option Merged

My supervisor loves the list option, but would like the ability to print the list to share with executives.  Currently when you try to print the list , by right clicking, the constituent information is just a link back to the database info.  It would be great if the VALID ACTIVE phone and address were included int the constituent information area.

To add to Abillmeier's comment, sometimes I want to Print to a PDF to email to someone who does not have access to NXT (either by their choice or our choice because Security isn't quite there yet).  Not using paper, but still needing a print function.  I know you can just print the page and whatever tiles are open will show, etc. (although the Attachments have the Icon over the text which is weird/hard to read).  But an actual Print button to use with a PDF printer would be great.

I agree that there needs to be some printing functionality within NXT. We don't always have iPads and laptops in meetings, and there are times when it is absolutely necessary to have a printed list. Here are a couple of recent examples. One of our Development Officers was hitting the road in a rural part of the state the other day and wanted to print out a list of actions and contact information. She wasn’t sure if she’d have cell service or an internet connection while traveling, so having something on paper was important. Since she wasn’t able to print from NXT, I had to export the information for her and print it via RE7. Another example was a recent meeting with our Director of Development and Executive Director. Neither of them likes to look at iPads or laptops in meetings. They want a sheet or two of paper. So instead of printing a list from NXT, again, I had to print a report from RE7. Before you decide that print functionality shouldn’t be a priority for NXT, it might be worthwhile to ask your customers if it’s a priority. I’m guessing 90% of NXT users have a need to print information; it’s not good enough that it looks nice on the screen.
