Be able to edit a planned gift note entered in RE in NXT Merged

Currently the gift note cannot be edited in NXT and I have to go back into RE to edit the note.

Ability to add planned gifts from WebView Merged

Right now planned gifts can only be added from the database as "Legacy Gifts". We need the ability to add them through WebView as well.
