Create option to automatically add an action when making a phone call from NXT Merged

Would make adding a phone action simple for our  fundraisers.  The option would allow them to NOT add the phone action.

    I want to note that this functionality should apply to emails as well as phone

    I would prefer to see this as a User Option...each User can set the system to automatically create Actions when clicking a Phone Number or Email Address, or can set to do nothing.
