When you open up your workcenter, the summary section for actions defaults to: Past Due; Upcoming (This Week); and Completed.
We want to change the default for upcoming to "This Month" because our development officers are trying to schedule out weeks in advance . . and looking at the entire month helps them plan and prioritize who to reach out for planned trips, follow-up meetings and so forth.
We don't use completed . . . and would like to edit and change the default on that too . . but alas, those are fixed. While we can certainly change each of them by going into and changing the filters, that is incredibly inefficient to have to remember to do it each time you go to your workcenter.
Allowing the flexibility for each fundraiser to set their own defaults, including status code, action category, action type, and allowing multiple date ranges would create a more useful tool. Not everyone uses the database the same way.
