This is related to the "Consistent Functionality" Idea from 2016. (https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-257)

When I add an Action to a record, I can type "2018-3-1" for the date picker to insert and recognize 3/1/2018. BUT when I'm in the Fundraiser sections or Lists, I am forced to type 3/1/18 or 3-1-18 for the date to be accepted.

I'm a long time data entry person and now DBA, and it is ingrained in me to use YYYY-MM-DD for ease of sorting and reduced confusion from the MM/DD and DD/MM groups. Why aren't the date pickers the same, and why are one set not recognizing the ISO standard?
