It would be very helpful when adding a solicit code to a constituent in the Bio 1 tab if we could also indicate the date added and a note as to why it was added.  We like to periodically revisit some "do not xxxx" and need to be able to see when these codes were added.  Also would be helpful to see why in a notes area...e.g. "indicated on phone a thon call not to call them again".
