Add more options from bio 2 to constituent record in RENXT

We use other options from RE in our rent from the bio 2 tab such as ethnicity, and it would be beneficial to have that information in a quick look up on the webview page

So glad the ethnicity field is visible in web view now. It also needs to be available as a column and as a filter in Lists.

Imperative ethnicity gets into RE NXT, especially if db is going away at some point in the future. Should allow more than one selection to match other platforms.
