Reinstate ability to view salutation formulas in the name format dropdowns

Prior to constituent tabbed view, when I would go to add or update name formats in WV I would be able to see not only the result but also what formula (or name fields) were being used to build that salutation. Now that we are in the tabbed view, I can no longer see those formulas - I just see the results, just as is in DBV. We have several formulas that pull slightly different information but depending on what fields are populated, many appear to be the exact same. Having these formulas visible allows us to grab the correct formula, decreasing erroneous selections and the need for cleanup.

    We also have numerous formulas that could look exactly alike depending on what fields are populated so we will need to see the formula to be sure we select the correct one. For example, if there isn't a spouse on the record 'John Smith' may show as an option for both a formula that should be 'constituent and spouse' and one that is just 'constituent'.
