Make filters related across various tabs in appeal records

Currently in an appeal record there are filters on the tabs for Overview and Analysis. The filter options are the same, but the filters are independt of each other. Changing the filters on the Overview tab doesn't affect the filters on the Analysis, and vice versa. I was confused by this at first because I presumed that since the filters on each page were the same options that whatever filters I selected on one tab would automatically also change the filters on other tabs that I was viewing and this isn't the case. I would like to see this updated for one of the following scenarios:

1) when changing filters on one tab that those filters carry across to all other tabs in the record with the same filtering options

2) A note is added to the filters explaining that the filters only apply to that single page.
