It is necessary to see the constituent records to which gifts are being applied in batch entry. Therefore, having to click into the constituent (with the person icon) for each donor is tedious, especially when relevant donor info (like address and ID) are no longer visible once the donor is selected.

It would help to be able to lock the constituent preview, so that it automatically shows the record of the donor selected for gift entry and updates to the next donor when they are chosen in a new row. (the same functionality as DBV)

It would also be helpful if the preview was a summary of the donor, not loading the full donor's profile.
