Add functionality in Raiser’s Edge NXT web view that allows users to convert an existing manually processed pledge, including pledges originally created in Database View, into an automated pledge without recreating the pledge or losing its existing history.

The proposed experience should be similar to the current Convert to automated recurring gift workflow available for eligible manual recurring gifts. Blackbaud currently documents both individual and bulk conversion for eligible manual recurring gifts, but an equivalent customer-facing conversion workflow is not currently documented for existing manual pledges.
