I have worked with contacts in RE7 and RENXT, and I have found the mail and email extraction kind of frustrating. I have struggled to extract the contact mailing address I just entered, or prevent extracting multiple contacts when I only want to send a letter to one. There are so many design possibilities here I'm not sure what to suggest. I would just like to see some task analysis and functionality review before old problems are carried over to the new system.
