I was told the Product team was not currently working on implementing this functionality.

When appeal cards are returned with gifts, entering those gifts into a batch is much faster and more efficient when we can enter the Constituent ID directly from the appeal card. The system should then automatically populate the corresponding constituent's name.

This functionality is a significant time-saver, especially when processing large batches of gifts. It also helps ensure accuracy by eliminating confusion when multiple constituents have identical names in the database.

Having this feature available in NXT would streamline gift entry, reduce the potential for errors, and improve overall efficiency.
