Constituent code is critical for us in batch because that is one of the main factors we use to determine which acknowledgement letter template to send for a donation. For example, if someone has a constituent code of volunteer, they get the volunteer acknowledgement template, or if they are a client, they get a large print acknolwedgement letter with a different tone than our other letters. The current inability to determine constituency at the moment of data entry hinders our workflow.
