The ability to save scanned Gift Aid Declarations or other evidence of the complete declaration directly in the Gift Aid declaration record on RE would be helpful for managing these documents (and not having them saved outside RE needing complicated retention management). It's reasonable that these can be an 'Attachment' on the Constituent's record but I would like this extended one step further to be in the Gift Aid declarations - visibility of the scan while reviewing a declaration would be very logical and often helpful.
