Provide Organization-Wide Visibility into SKY API Usage

SKY API analytics are tied to the individual developer subscription key that was used to set up a connection. This means that if one person creates all of an organization's integrations, only they can see the API call analytics, even though the usage affects the entire database. There isn't currently a way for administrators to see the total number of API calls being made across all connections to their database. Having a database-level view of API usage available to authorized users would make it much easier to monitor how close an organization is to its API tier limit, identify unusually high usage, and determine whether an increase in API capacity is needed. This would also reduce reliance on a single staff member to access important usage information.
