Option to link a thermometer on a donation form to an entire Fund or Appeal instead of just to the revenue the specific form pulls in.

Use case - Fund: We use a donation form thermometer for our annual bowl a thon. We technically have three forms: Registration, Sponsorship, and general event-related donations. All of these forms, and any mailed in event related check donations, feed into a fund. Currently, I need to manually update the donation thermometer on the general donation form to accurately reflect the total raised.

Use case - Appeal: I am A/B testing some forms for a specific appeal with a goal, and would like to have the thermometer reflect gifts to this appeal across both forms.
