Provide a centralized Calendar for Blackbaud Webinars, Town Halls, and Events

Please provide a centralized calendar of Blackbaud webinars, town halls, and other events that customers can access and follow. The calendar could serve as a central hub, with events linking directly to the appropriate registration pages, blog posts, community announcements, or landing pages for additional details.

Ideally, the calendar would include filtering options such as event series, hosting department, industry vertical, product, or feature area. However, even a comprehensive list of all events in one location would be extremely helpful. Including the intended audience for each event would also be helpful, as it would allow customers to easily identify and share relevant opportunities with the appropriate team members.

Currently, customers learn about webinars and town halls through a variety of channels, making it difficult to stay informed about all the available opportunities. Many events are easy to miss. For example, town halls were previously announced through one community blog post from several years ago, but there is a different blog post to follow now. Some events are promoted by email, but not all interested users receive those communications. Customer Success webinars are another example, as some users receive invitations while others who would benefit do not. In addition, different event series often have separate landing pages, requiring customers to search across multiple locations for information.

Centralizing these offerings into a single calendar or event hub would make it much easier for customers to discover, track, and attend relevant webinars and town halls.

Agreed. Having one centralized place to get information/a calendar for everything would be very useful. The distinctions between "Inside Track" and "Product Update Briefing" and "Town Hall" mean little to us - at all of these events you are giving us information and we have the opportunity to ask questions and comment etc. Having them all in one place or even having the ability to register for everything off the bat would make our lives much easier. For example, we opt-in to everything, then get the emails with notifications and we can join the live session if we are able and if we can't join you will send the recording and other materials. If all the information is useful to us as we transition, then why don't you make it so that we automatically get all the information? Or at least have it all in one place so we don't have to click around on so many different links/landing pages....especially when we don't really see much of a distinction between the types of events.

This would be so helpful! I get the emails & check the website, but it often seems there are a handful of them that would be beneficial to me that I miss.

Yes! There's far too much going on right now for it to be so hit-or-miss to get the latest from BB!

Webinars and town halls are the most important ways that Blackbaud communicates. Providing "tons of resources" is not helpful if you cannot find them or keep track of them. One or two carefully curated and updated resources is what we need.

It reminds me of when customers approach me for database audit / cleanup work. "Information is coded in so many places that we don't know what is accurate."

Yes! There are so many different things happening, it is hard to find everything and make sure you're signed up for what make sense for your organization.

All the sources of information and webinar is like drinking through a firehose sometimes, this would be so helpful!

Great idea! I keep missing things, and can't keep track of where it's all filtered through

This would be really useful - we had a bunch of RE NXT User Groups in the UK recently, but it seemed like quite a few UK folks didn't see any notifications about this.
