Currently you only allow US direct debit recurring gifts to convert to automated processing. Will you be bring this over as an option in Canada? Or provide any option at all? As of now I will have to manually set up new recurring gifts in NXT (that are currently set up in database view) for 200+ EFT monthly donors because Canadian direct debit automatic payments are not eligible to convert. That means I'll be manually entering all bank account information including a bank account number, transit number, and bank number - all while working with a super slow and glitchy system in NXT - everything takes 3 times as long in NXT - you can't just open a record and click on a tab - you have to wait and wait for the screen to fully load, then wait again as you scroll down to the gift box. Then wait again when you click on "work with gifts". If I'm lucky I'll have it complete in about 5 months. Is there any plan in place to help us located in Canada? I've talked with your support desk and they gave me 2 options: 1 - to beg in the idea bank. or 2 - to create a donation page and instruct our senior and elderly donor demographic to go online and enter their bank account information so it will create a new recurring gift in their record, which most will not want to do! We are likely to lose so many recurring donors by forcing them to do that! Most don't even like to give us their email address!
