Add "Gift Added by" and "Date Gift | Ideas for Raiser's Edge NXT

Add "Gift Added by" and "Date Gift Added" details as a displayed field in NXT as in database view.

When addressing issues, knowing which gift processor recorded the gift is critical information to assist in resolution. This information needs to be presented at the record level as not all team members know their way around the batch area.
