Our users feel that it would be better if each repeated use of the text-to-voice feature added the new text to the bottom of the Note message. At present, if one turns on the microphone a 2nd time to add more text-to-voice to the Note, the new text goes to the top. Thus, the resulting accumulated text is in reverse order.

Because there is no immediate feedback on the text-to-voice feature (one must end the recording to initiate transcription… the text remains blank throughout the recording…), users are not comfortable/confident in trying to speak the entire Note message in one recording.

The request would be for Blackbaud to add repeated use of the microphone voice-to-text feature to append to the end of the Note.
