We have issues of pledges being initially set up to be automatically charging a credit card, then the problem comes with multiple charge attempts defaulting. We would like to be able to update that pledge to not be set on automatic payments, remove the card info that continues to default, and just set them on our reminder letter schedule. At the moment we were told to just extend the next payment date out multiple years from now and just manually send her a letter- this is not ideal.
