Add Benefits to Fees in NXT on the Event level (not on the Participant level)

Now that Benefits have been added in NXT, they should be added to the Event level fees as well, not just the Participant level fees. We we sign up people for events, our data entry users often go to the Event to look at the Fees to know what level of benefit that person's individual tickets need to receive. Or, if we want to know historically what the benefit associated with an event was, we'll go to the Event.

Having it on the Participant level is nice, but the lack of it on the event level as well means an extra layer of having to go into a record and decipher what happening for historical events.

    Benefits should be added to fees on the event level and automatically flow through to the participant and to the gift record for receipts in the same way the contribution amount flows through. The benefits amount is required on Canadian tax receipts and it does not make sense that we have to go to individual records and add this amount.

    This feature is critical for us! Our organization uses the "Full Benefit Value" generated from the benefits tied to event registrations to include in our acknowledgement letters mailed out to constituents. Currently, we have to go into database view to add these benefits to events created in webview.
